Installation Services

Most software manufacturers require that you sign-up for an annual software support agreement.  You are required to often pay more than we charge for our system just for support.  The problem is that you may never call them for support and even if you do it's so rare that the effective rate translates to hundreds of dollars an hour.

Rather than making you pay this annual fee we just ask that you pay for what you use.  Never call, never pay.  If you do call, our support services are billed at $125/hr with a minimum billing period of 20 minutes.

You system will arrive with all the materials you need to install our software.  We will also provide you with one free hour of installation support services.  If you require additional assistance you can pay by the hour for all the time you need.  Never call, never pay.  If you do call our installation support fees are $135/hr with a minimum billing period of 30 minutes.

Renewals

Upgrades

At the end of each 12 month period you have the option to terminate use of the system, re-subscribe for an additional 12 month period,  or convert your license to a perpetual license that terminates the annual renewal fee.  This allows you to keep expenses low until things get better and then convert to a more traditional ownership construct.  You are under no obligation to EVER convert your license to a perpetual license.

We are constantly upgrading our software to incorporate new features and functions.  Should you decide to upgrade your software to the most current version you will be charged a low upgrade fee of $250.00.
